Pingmind offers a personal assistant service for WhatsApp reminders. Users can send voice or text messages to create reminders and receive notifications.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Pingmind services, you agree to:

• •Comply with the established terms and conditions

3. Account Management

To use our services, you need to create an account and select a plan:

• •Starter: 50 new reminders per month
• •Pro: 200 reminders per month

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Specific details about costs and payment methods will be provided during the subscription process.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pingmind is not responsible for:

• •Lost or undelivered reminders
• •Technical failures beyond our control
• •Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if:

• •Misuse of the service is detected
• •Attempts to abuse the API are made

7. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
